Some of the exercises below can be practiced on your own, while others require a partner. It is necessary to perform this or that exercise in a good and peaceful mood. When exploring your sexuality, there is no need to be shy or think that you are doing something wrong.
Exercise number 1. Strengthen the anal sphincter
This Tantra Yoga exercise is performed independently. Its main task is to emancipate, increase the level of one’s own sexuality, raise sexual energy, improve sexual function and increase the vitality of the whole organism.
Take a comfortable position, and then begin to alternately squeeze and relax the muscles of the anus. For beginners, 10-15 repetitions are enough, more advanced people can increase the number of repetitions up to 20-25 times.
This exercise not only activates sexual energy but is also an excellent prevention of the onset and development of hemorrhoids.
