Exercise number 2. Contracts the vaginal muscles
This “female” exercise gives the fair sex the opportunity to know their own sexuality, strengthen the walls of the vagina and internal genital organs, reduce the risk of prolapse (prolapse) of the uterus, and improve the functioning of the genitourinary system.
Take a comfortable position, gently and gently insert your index and middle fingers folded together into the vagina. First, strongly contract the muscles of the vagina, and then completely relax them. Repeat 10-15 times.
